"Functionality You Will Love!"

Time Management

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. This allows a brief window for unexpected delays.

  • If arrival exceeds the 10-minute grace period, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • In consideration of other guests, service times cannot be extended due to late arrivals.

  • Two automatic cancellations will result in permanent restricted booking status.

Changes/Cancellations

  • Appointment times may need to be adjusted or changed in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. If this occurs, you will be contacted directly.

  • Clients are permitted one reschedule per deposit on file.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email and select “change/cancel.”

Q: What if there is no availability to reschedule?
A: Please send an email to the address listed under “Contact,” with the subject line “Reschedule.”

Payments

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash is not accepted.

  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period will incur an automatic charge of 50% of the remaining balance (after the prepaid deposit).

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service balance.

  • Any failed or declined payments will result in restricted booking status, and future services will not be available until resolved.

  • To maintain a calm and professional environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon.
